Granturismo CNC seat levers

No, the seat levers are much more difficult to make owing to the very thin, deep recess that pushes onto the metal bar in the seat. We are trying to optimise the CNC machining as currently they are taking 2 hours each! I'll post a price asap.

The price for boot levers was too high previously so I have obtained pricing for the CNC machining to be done overseas. Even so, for a quantity of 24 (12 pairs), the best pricing I can achieve is £38.66 each (£77.32 a pair). This is passing on the devices at cost but there would be a £3.00 postage fee for 1 or 2 levers. As committed quantities go up, the price comes down so an order for 100 levers would result in a forum price of £23.48 each - but I'm not seeing that level of demand.

I'll provide pricing for dead pedal and seat levers shortly. Still trying to grind the prices down (as well as the aluminium)

I need the seat levers in my life.

I don’t get the demand for the boot handles you never see them, Or am I thinking of the wrong part?

That seems to be the general sentiment - out of sight, out of mind. But they break occasionally, so these would be bulletproof replacements.

Hi Stindig,
Did you manage to price up the seat levers or did you give up owing to the complexity of the machining? I am fed up with mine breaking so would be in for a couple.

Sorry, there just wasn't enough take-up so I never made them. Only one prototype ever made
