Yeah but I deserve it she wrecked my baby made her all ugly and I fear like some have said she may die in a day or two.
Hope I don't have to put that theory to the testA porsche driver would have seen her and took action.

Oh no. Did they not have any decent cars? :-D
I wonder if they include the cost of the hire car in the repair costs when assessing a write off.Should at the very least encourage insurers to wrap it up ASAP offer me 25k they can have the porsche back.
They do... esp if parts take a while to arriveI wonder if they include the cost of the hire car in the repair costs when assessing a write off.
For example - 4 weeks of hire car whilst a car is being repaired is a considerable sum for sure.
Whereas is they write it off, pay out, they are off the hook, you have money in the bank but no car.
Probably explains why some cars that are clearly viable for repair end up at copart then. Never really though about that beforeThey do... esp if parts take a while to arrive
Yes, but £30 a day wouldn't help fuel the industry around the insurance industry would it .... Where's the exploitation of the opportunity then. Many years ago, probably 15, my former wife had an accident and wrote her 3 month old Citroen C4 Picasso off. We where given a C4 hatchback as a rental car until a new car was supplied which took about 6 weeks. In the door pocket was a checklist for the cars condition going out and on it it stated that the rental was £114 per day. I would think the normal rate all those years ago would be £30 per day at most.
Well technically I'm a fraud, so if you include the real Mr Spoon then that's twoThere's only one @CatmanV2 as there is only one Mr Spoon.
I thought you were Mr Turdy now? I assumed the real Mr Spoon had placed an injunction on your ***.Well technically I'm a fraud, so if you include the real Mr Spoon then that's two
