Granturismo start up not in auto

Is there a way of setting up the GT so that when you start the car it remembers to leave it in manual mode?

Unfortunately not especially since auto is so awful. The only way to avoid pressing the auto button is described in the owners manual as "auto easy exit mode" but I find it easier to just press the button to make sure
