Quite true, BB, but do you want a monkey who's unfamiliar with your car working on it? I recall that some of the previous issues reported were damaged trim and broken pieces of glass everywhere including down the windscreen demister vents from the removal of the old screen. Even though most of these things can eventually be rectified, it's still the hassle factor involved as well.At the end of the day it's my insurers problem if it happens. If the work is not up to standard then they would have to do it again.
