Mine have enough power but are all over the place, tried to adjust but think nozzles are blocked. I’ve just bought two new Alfa 159 jets (part number 156064094)

you may find the bottle is stagnet... you get a thin layer of film developing which can cause blockages.

You may want to run the system through with some false teeth sterident tablets
Good shout thats what I used and worked great

The part number I’ve quoted here is not compatible with a GT.

Wow thanks @schell70 !! I really appreciate you sharing that.

Because:

I was just about to share the ridiculous cost of two Maserati OEM ones… and that’s obviously before VAT and postage!

Apologies for thread revival- I’m having the same problem & reckon I need a new pump after troubleshooting. (Have done 4 steradent tablets so far).

does anyone know if the Ferrari pump will also fit?
It is in stock at both Eurospares & Scuderia but the Maserati one is showing out of stock.

part number is the same #65358700

I need one for my MoT next week

Cheers

Try Maranello parts online or Ross at Meridian. Highly unlikely you would receive it in time from eurospares. Their delivery time is shocking for the price you have to pay.

So - further tinkering this avo and the pump works with good flow but there is a blockage under the scuttle tray or in the non-return T-piece.

looks like the scuttle is going to have to come off and pipes flushed/replaced and/or NRV changed/bodged. At least that is less intimidating than fitting a new pump, and generic parts should fix it.

Fitted the replacement nozzles just now - very easy 5 min job. Still got a problem though. There seems very little water pressure so it comes out of the nozzles very slowly. Any ideas anyone? I can hear the pump running.
Hi - quick question. I want to replace my nozzles as they are spraying in all different directions. You say it was a 5 minute job. How did you remove them without removing the entire cowl? I'm going to also try the steradent trick (how many tablets?!?) :) Thanks!

Gently prise the jets up with a thin bladed screwdriver (pushing inwards underneath them to compress the clip) - there should be enough play in the pipe but don't pull out too hard. Once they are out grab the pipe with a clamp or pair of pliers before removing it from the jet. If you drop the pipe then you will probably need to remove the cover to get it back!

2 tablets should be enough I think
