It would need a very thorough inspection from an appropriately qualified specialist. Items such as the cracked rear lights, for example, are no long available.

Looks really noice, but I have a question do these "brokers" have the same regulation as other trade sellers? Noticed a few recently that all seem to have T&Cs that go against normal trade rules & regulations

No they’re just dodging SOGA & CRA; which I personally believe speaks volumes.

IT was SOGA I was thinking about, as you say speaks volumes - I don't mind the odd selling for a friend but when you see sites like this one this is clearly a business decision to trade this way

It’s the car that was up for sale at SWVA a few years ago in need of paint and interior resto. It’s since had those, and it looks nice from here. http://cotswoldcarbroker.com/our-vehicles/maserati-ghibli/
Any info or threads of when it was first up for sale? Would give an indication of its condition at the time and what needed doing. Would also allow a prospective buyer something to benchmark the current condition against.

Doesn’t look a lot different in the photos

Yes I get that impression to. Photos can be incredibly misleading and as Ewan says it would need a thorough inspection.

The car ticks a few boxes (RHD and Manual albeit not must haves for me), but I still see at least £10k to get it to a state close to being a top class example. If it’s rust free I’d be amazed and likewise there is no reference to it being professionally resprayed which sounds like it was in need of, just a reference instead to having the paintwork addressed, which is clearly not the same. Then there are other areas such as interior (can be addressed) and specific parts that may be hard to come by.

Makes the Quattroporte IV that was up for sale a couple of weeks ago look a good buy (on paper) in comparison.
