Help finding a front upper control arm replacement DIY

I have searched and searched without success. I have to replace the front right upper control arm on my 2007 QP5 this weekend and I would love to see a step by step DIY if anyone has seen one anywhere.

All i have is here. Download the .zip files and you should be all set. Not sure how useful the GT info is but in many respects they are similar
