How to guide subframes

Does anyone know if there is a how to guide to remove front and rear subframe on a GS?

I have removed both on my GS.
Front was replaced with new and rear was ‘just’ blast and powder coated.
Have a search for subframe overhaul or pm me directly.
It is mostly nuts / bolts with corrosion the seized fittings the hardest part
