Hi
My girlfriend had black jeans on and the dye seems to of transferred on to the white leather seats in my granturismo sport. Tried some dodo juice leather cleaner and dry cloth and it didn't really touch it. I am afraid to apply to much pressure as I don't want to damage the seat. Hope you guys can help me out as its sending me crazy??

Cheers danny

Talk to a leather restorer for sound advice. I recommend you spam to Judy at:

She is based in Harrogate. She is very helpful and knows everything about leather and how to look after it.

Just use one of those steam buggy things then wipe with a white towel, it will come off

Autoglym leather restorer worked a treat on our leather settee getting rid of my jean (black and blue) dye from it.

In the end I took it to my mate who is a detailer. He used a couple of things which wasn't working then used some aggressive stain remover. It did the job, then we removed any left over then then sealed with g tech coating. I have some on order as the sealer seems spot on. Cheers for replys

I have used Dodo juice supernatural with a leather brush to get jeans stains out a previous car before, worked superb.

Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil & Prestine Clean (twin pack) Leather Cleaner & Conditioner from Amazon. Used it on my QP to refurb the seats and it removes blue denim so pretty sure it will work on black. Left it on to lift the dirt for 24 hours and must say very pleased. Leather is so much softer.
