Nice work. I guess you have seen some of the threads that talk about issues with clutch bleeding? You need to pull the pedal up from its natural position to allow fresh fluid into the master cylinder.

Morning all, yesterday I was absorbed with driving hence I didn't update about the new experience. Firstly what a different car this is with new throwout bearing and refurbished clutch unit like night an day. The biting point is lower and clear/instant where before it was in two stages. Initial bite to get the car moving then nothing, nothing and at the top final to move off finally, very wired an I had to get used to it. Now is a joy to drive. I've also managed to fit the refurbished wheels with new spacers made to my measurements and what a difference to the look. I have only one picture for now but it gives the idea.

Great work. How come you have 1 pipe between the front and back parts of the exhaust, and not an X pipe or H pipe?

It's not a good design at all, it's forcing both banks down a common pipe which is not even, be the looks of it, a greater diameter, so is causing a restriction.
I'd get it removed for a normal X pipe personally.

Yes I've done it on my TVR first time and the result was incredible, +20 bhp measured on the rolling road and it changes the sound to more like f1.
Here is the sound clip from my TVR with Maserati 4.7 engine and the same exhaust set up.

It actually helps with scavenging effect which helps to gain power. It works in similar way as x-pipe, you just need to use pipe with bigger diameter but not to big because some engines need some back pressure. I've tested it on the rolling on my TVR with maserati 4.7 engine and it added 20 bhp against x-pipe without any other modes.

It does not seen logical looking at the pipe diameter, but if it works, it works!
