He's a Clown along with his co hosts the whole show is a joke paid for us the licence holders.
Nobodys heads get thrown around like he was doing in my car of the same vintage.
At least the Stig was driving properly in some of the worst conditions ever.
Let him stick with his Jaguars in my opinion not proper Jags anymore since they stopped using the XK engine not wanting to be controversial just my opinion.

hes weird phil...a review like that could be followed by a great review like the GS....its like when they reviewed my smart roadster...
every problem they said i havent come across it yet..the gear changes are alright not great but not like they did...

I still love the show to be honest ... Just dont't take it serious as it isn't meant to be ... I also got excited when I saw 3200 ..... Thing is Jeremy is to used to driving his boring Mercs that when something comes along out of the ordinary it confuses him.

I think the gear changes are fine when you understand whats going on in the box its fantastic.
I do some work for Honda and there i shift was critiscised the same for jerkiness etc but the only jerks are the people who can't drive and sales execs selling them to oldies as autos when there not.

Whilst much of his review of the car is just typical JC buffoonery, he has a point on the ride. There is too much body roll with the 4200 and when I took mine around Llandow, I too was struggling to stay in my seat. Just watching Matt go around in his GS showed how much this was improved in the later model.

then improved on..when the GS came about it would have been as good as the 911
