I need to start a UK Ltd company

For speed, I want to buy one off the shelf. Recommendations?

You can do it yourself but I have always got my accountant to do it as is much easier and he knows what he is doing. Only take a couple of days and all done.

I think they still use a formation company though. I am sure the last one was done with 1st Formations off the top of my head.

Pretty simple process to setup the fun starts from then onwards and a good accountant will help avoid the early pitfalls

Just do it online at companies house. Takes 4 minutes, costs £13 as I recall.
