anyone know the jack points on a gransport, have a trolley jack and the points in the manual is just a thin lip. There is a block with 2 big bolts which looks like the front section bolted to the body, this looks a possible point but dont want to put the jack though the floor.

As per where the manual indicates 4 points 2 each side

Have a look under the car
U should see a round hole in the frame
Thats where the knob on top of std masa scissor jack fits into when lifting

Yes as per Adam's post above. I have a trolley jack and the cup on it doesn't sit 'comfortably' on the thin lip you mention, so I use a block of wood between them.

thanks was having trouble yesterday, this is the first point that looked right to me, tried this and is now slightly bent - strange and does look like the right spot for the jack..
so looked at the manual which says max 10cm from front wheel which is the lip. so I raised this thread.

thanks, did this with block of wood and still didn't seem to sit right, again reason for raising this. whilst I had it up I put brick under the wheel so I could get the jack under the big block with the bolts making sure not to jack up on the bolts and this seemed OK

once I got the car up it was still too difficult to get to the sensor, will need to go on ramps.

take it most maserati don't come with jacks ?

thank you Adam and Miles

That is correct, nor a spare wheel.

I don't know what the earlier Pre 3200 cars were coming with but from that point, standard was a small tool kit, no wheel brace, jack or spare wheel just a can of spray inflator.

Bringing back an old thread. Do you guys think Eurospares would do another group buy for the US guys and gals if there was an interest?

You should send them an e-mail asking how many units you need to order before they are willing to offer a discount :)

Bolted hub adapter, Merc SL calapsable spacesaver (same tyre) and a new boot floor much more cost effective.
That's what I did a few years ago a thread about it.
The Merc SL I would imagine being very popular in the US too for the wheel. (R230 if I remember correctly)

Mike, saw your thread, reached out to the company that made your adapters, waiting to hear from them. Really like your solution. Searing for a Merc SL spare, I am finding 2 different part numbers for the spare for 03-11 SL500 R230. Any chance you know which one you went with?

Mike, I reached out to TT Tools, they got back to me, but they are telling me the cost will be £168 for one and that doesn't include shipping to the US. Seems a bit costly, if that price was for two, it might have been ok because I probably could sell the other one to someone else. That being said, I reached out to a few hub makers here and one of the got back to me with to me with the below question.

"How deep is the hub on the Maserati? Since you are wanting the adapter to step down in hub bore size this would be information we would need. Booth front and rear hub depth."

Is this something you can help me answer?
