Just did this a few weeks ago. My right hand pump was weeping from the top of the plastic housing, all the fuel line connections where fine.

Theres a couple of straps holding the tank in place, after disconnecting the filler neck joins and canister/fuel line connectors you can move the tank back enough for access.

The pump retaining ring is plastic on these, anyway new seal & pump in place, problem solved!

Fiddliest part was reattaching the filler neck, as it’s plastic wanted to be extra careful not to crack it.

“Fuel leak and electrical connector” in the same sentence.... me sucking air between my teeth.
Good to see some people are more chilled than I am

Yes I had the same problem with my LH pump. Bought a used one from Eurospares (RH Ferrari 599) which fixed it.

Installation was relatively easy.

Mine was weeping from within the circle of attached photo, then overflowing to the rear.

I suspect that you gentlemen have 4200's since my fuel pump is not like that at all and fortunately is a lot easier to get at by the look of it!!
And yes fuel leaking around an electrical connector is never a warm feeling and I am lucky i have picked it up before some thing more serious happened!

looks like second hand will be my only option as there is no new stock anywhere and no prospect of any, yet another part that's going to get hard to find
