So my son is moaning that during lockdown when he has not been able to go to the gym, he has LOST a stone on weight, whereas I have not been going to the gym either, but have put on a stone !

I didnt go to the gym before lockdown or during lockdown and won't be going afterwards either. My weight has stayed exactly the same all the way through. 64 kgs / 10 stone.

My metabalism rate is such that i burn as many calories eating food as i get from the food.

Lots of hard graft and marital arts....and lots and lots of wine too

Last time I saw my Doc he said because of my age I should start taking things easier

Was about 14 stone when I left school and there wasn’t an ounce of fat on me!
