How about a stablemate for the 400?

PH
Wish I had bought the 1989 Mondial I went to look at in 2010. It was up for 14k in the winter. I dropped in on the garage whilst it was snowing. Dealer had just sold it at considerably less he said. Typical!

I know that Mondial!
Before buying my 4200 in 2011 was at Italian Autosport looking for advise, being only 10 mins away from me, "don't buy a 3200" and John Pogson tried to sell me that very Mondial instead! He wanted £19k back then, with the next couple of services thrown into the deal!
It was nice, and what is said in the advert is true, although I wouldn't say it was concourse and the best available though.

It’s going to be cooler tomorrow so my daily Jag XJ will get some a wash and decent polish + internal valet.

The GT just needs a flick over to keep her up to spec.

Looks good, what pad/abrasive?

Meguiars ultimate compound for cutting

Ashamed to admit the pads were some crappy ones from Amazon... Combined with a rotary sander/polisher... I borrowed the kit off a friend who I thought had some slightly higher end items and by the time I made the trip to collect them I thought... Might as well have a crack at it

Surprised how well it worked but there are a few remaining swirls which I am certain have been caused by the rotary polisher and perhaps the pad where it picked up contaminants from areas that should have been clayed prior to the machine polish... That said it is still a huge improvement from how it was before

Now I am convinced to buy a das6 pro and some hexlogic pads.

DA Polishers are meant to be generally easier to use, though they're all i've ever used.

EnzoMC was the man to teach me how to use them
