LoudLink - Mp3

Right.......

received the loudlink Mp3 thingy the other day (MUCH smaller than expected but all good!!!) but seem to have an issue with installing software "loudlink Explorer" on PC. i have windows 7. seems to give a fatal error message. Can anyone tell me if it needs to be an older version of windows to be able to intall the explorer software?

Hi Marcus,

Yes I'd forgoten about this little glitch.

Find the install file and right click it and install it as administrator... This will work fine but you will need to run it as administrator in general use for it to work properly. This is a small niggle created because the programmer has issued what is effectively a development version and not a 'published' version. So when successfuly installed use the start menu as usual but right click the shortcut and open as administrator. This will give you all of the functions.
