Does anyone else do regular recall checks on the .gov mot check website, just found 2 recalls on 2 of my old beemers, a 2001 E39 m sport and 2004 E46 m sport touring, both with air bag recall and both now booked in with main dealer

Normally when I am checking when my mot is due.

I thought they normally sent out a letter asking you to book an appointment for the repair at your dealership.

exactly, i suppose some slip through the net unless there are a couple of letters winging their way to me at this very moment ?

The airbag recalls were a good few years ago. I had a letter for my Alpina at the time, dealer did it.

I had a letter from BMW back when I had an E46 330i back in 2016 for the airbag recall
