Haven’t manufacturers bound to produce parts for cars 10 years after production end? That’s 2030 in my book.

It’s temporary, they’ve been in short supply before. There’s loads being sold on ebay and plenty about if you ask around.
If you know of new ones, please can you send on the info, we will buy up all the stock we can.

No not legally bound by UK or EU law unfortunately. It’s not just Maserati affected by this at the moment, Aston have some chronic problems with parts supply with some owners cars off the road as a result.

Buying up some cheap newish wreckers from a sunshine state and throwing in a couple of containers is looking more viable.

Well, not legally bound? That's a revelation as like Matt I thought that the 10 year rule had been established for decades.
Watching quietly: my lady has thrown her 2nd wheel bearing sensor fault, albeit intermittently (and with new battery). Fortunately a key off/out and handbrake on/off clears it at the moment.
No idea why

There’s 16 on eBay in the USA. I know people who have stock but won’t sell them to elsewhere for stock.

If I can assist in any way, let me know. I can also query my local Mas dealers for any parts needed.
Thats good of you; are you in the United States? Problem is bringing them in adds 20% vat and import duty.

Maybe but better return than a GT sitting on the drive for 6 or so months burning none recurring costs - insurance road tax

Yes I'm in the US. I'm not that familiar with how vat works, but lets say you need a new wheel bearing/hub for $800. I source one and charge you a core charge of $600 for the old bearing. Wouldn't the vat be only for the $200 difference?

Sounds like we all need to move to America.

Parts available, no banning of combustion engines, no government enforced ISA systems taking control of your car etc etc.

Plus, I’m already fat enough to fit right in!
