Maserati returns to racing

Was just about to post this but you beat me to it…Think it was always going to happen as they were never going to join a race series with real engines as their direction is electric and that seems to be their focus.

Seems to make a mockery of the 'Maserati Corse' 20 and all the suggestions around that being the basis for a return to racing - unless they really surprise us.

Oh FFS they’re at it again. 5 years too late and the worlds most boring sport.

That's about right. Toyota are developing a Hydrogen Powered Race car, so the timing is spot on for Maserati to enter something which is about to become extinct.

Yep and Audi have gone with electric off to Dakar and Peugeot with hybrid to Le Mans

It isn’t a surprise to me as there will be an all electric MC20 so I can see why they are doing this….Not happy about it…but life is changing….
