Had my car in this morning for a pre-warranty expiry check up (rear parking sensors but everything else is fine) and they had this in.

It's only done 300km and they've sourced it for a local collector who has paid £1.7m to stick in a garage somewhere. The same bloke has a LaFerrari which he immediately SORN'd and insured for 0 miles and is taking collection of a 599GTO next week to also leave doing nothing. It should be illegal!

Anyway took a few pics but didn't dare actually sit in it - I was worried I wouldn't be able to get out without help. A privilege to see it. I suspect it might only be there for a few days if you're in the area.

because this is art...... way more better than any boring painting - I'm just so glad these are not going for the same money as paintings.

Agree Peter, but those heavy pocket people also have the mean to keep those cars in top form.

Must remember it was built to go racing and win races which it did in it's time.....Surpose that is why it looks like it does.......But I do agree the rear it no its best angle.

Romans international had two for sale couple of weeks ago, I guess this could be one of those that's been moved along through the system

Love the side profile and that Italian Flag on the Wings.

Alitalia!!!!

I too love the Italian flags on the wings, the MC Victory copies them of course.
The MC Victory (and MC12 most likely) has these badges recessed.
However I have been looking for a quality pair of enamel Italian flags for mine, and hopefully I have found some. They won't be recessed of course but hopefully they will be quite subtle!

Dickly Grace had a 4200 with flags on the wings.....This was in the early days before he started selling cars. I think they were put on by another member Marcos before he sold it.......They looked really good.

Bloody ****, you've got a good memory; they look ok but are a bit Halfords. Leave the car the way Maserati intended it.
