Sounds like it’s going to be a great car for the road, not just the Nordschleife.

Just read both of these - sounds great, and am now going to look under all the mattresses for a spare £200k...

I hope this car will finally put an end to those journos who routinely **** on Maseratis for using Chrysler infotainment and being all show and no go.

As much as I hate the base model Ghiblis and Levantes for lowering the brands prestige I still think the higher spec ones look pretty nice.

Or a £20k deposit followed by 4 years of £1700 (approximately) per month payments, as many owners will do.

Have you priced it up Ewan? Is that roughly what the finance package would look like?

Yep - those figures are typical of a car around the £190k mark. (Those actual figures were from Ferrari for a Roma.) This assumes a trade-in value at the end of the term of circa £120k. So, the above figures should be good enough to use as an approximate guide.

Nice to read Maserati articles that aren't bashing or belittling the brand.
One of them mentions that American cars will be “significantly louder”
How they gonna do that.....less restrictive exhaust system?
Will be interesting to hear the difference.

I saw that as well and though the same - although I can't say I'm a huge fan of the engine noises I have heard so far.

I do really like this car and that’s without the rose tinted glasses. If I had nothing to do with the brand it would still be a machine that draws me in.

Cannot wait to see one in the flesh

Because it does without the petrol particulate filter that robs most of the sound, its legally required in Europe and UK but not USA.

i think most thought the sound was pants.
Looked up Dpf removal, not easy to modify.

Some very positive comments in both!

Good spot, Wattie.

I'd like a convertible, please, but with its exhaust unfettered by particulate filters.

It looks great and will go great...It has to be brilliant as if its not there is no point making it as it will be another almost car and Maserati cannot afford one of those...……...I have confidence this will be brilliant...
