Merak SS with rebuilt engine, anyone?

I was just browsing, when I came across this Merak ad - looks to have had a lot of work done (recent engine rebuild, previously gearbox rebuld etc). It looks like a sensible asking price, to me.

Does anyone know the car?

Go on, someone at least take a look it, before it starts disrupting my sleep...

Looks very nice David, but would still be asking for the old indie inspection, plus photographic evidence and itemised invoicing of what was done and by what recognised expert!!!!
