Hi Guys,
I originally posted on here about 6 months ago, asking for some advice on a Gransport. I eventually bought an SL55. Well here we are 6 months later and I have just purchased an 08 Gransport in Grigio Alfieri.
What a car! Compared to the SL, the power is down slightly, and that is only evident at 80mph+. But for what it lacks in grunt, it makes up for in style, handling looks and noise!!
The car was sourced by Richard Grace, whom I can't do anything more than shout his praises. Imo, the service he provided me was on par (if not better) than a Main dealer. I could not be more happy with the way he handled the transaction. He also happens to be friendly, knowledgeable and sociable (read: a great guy!).
I'm currently writing this post from a Hotel in Beijing, as I am here on business. But I managed to put 700 miles on the car from driving it home from Chester to Essex on Friday afternoon.
Here are some pictures taken on Saturday morning after a bit of a spirited drive with my old man and his 430 Spider.
The only problem now is.....how the **** am I going to keep the miles off of this fabulous machine!
Thanks a lot for reading.
