I have a battery drain on my Gransport and read it could be the Navtrak. Could someone PM me details where it is and how to disable please.

I’m in the opposite position. I want to activate the subscription but can’t find how to do it? Is it possible? I called Navtrack to find that Maserati’s have Navtrak which apparently is now owned by Vodafone. Anyone got any info on how to do this?

I will be more helpful than @CatmanV2 as I've just had to do the same thing.

Call customer services on the number on the attached website and they will probably ask you to send a copy of your V5. Once they've verified it you need to call them when in the car and they will activate the system (takes about 10 mins) and relieve you of the princely sum of £304!

Thanks Doohickey. £304! Not sure it's worth that as not having one only reduces my car insurance by £13 p.a. Wonder if there's a cheaper solution.

Agreed but it was a condition of my insurance that I have the tracker activated. I've not bothered on my other GTs as the cost didn't out weigh the benefit and I'm not sure I'd want it back if it got knicked! And that's the annual cost!

I am not sure I would want my car back after being stolen, so don’t have a tracker on any of them.

Also depends on what car you have. If you have a 42/GS or early QP/GT it will probably be nackered and need a new battery pack.

FYI on a 4200 you can unplug it, on a GT (and prob QP) you have to bypass it, unplugging it will cause it not to start.
