Hi guys I’m selling a full set of brand new disks for a Maserati 4200. They were purchased in September 2018 when Matt (Conaero) organised the manufacture of a batch. I purchased them as spares as I had intended keeping the car for a long time, but unfortunately I reluctantly sold it two weeks ago. The asking price is £400 plus carriage for the set. Please PM me if interested.

All good things come to an end Zep. I still have plenty of toys left to play with.
Will there ever be another GB at all? Or should we all just upgrade to GT spec 6potswith the dics and bell's with adaptors?

There is the 6 pot Brembo kit conversion and on the other forum lambertius made some kind of brake disc kit although I forgot the details.

If there is an appetite for big discs and 6 pots for the 4200 / GS I am happy to put the leg work in, it will certainly be cheaper than the Brembo solution. The work done in the other place is, as far as I know, for standard size discs which are also possible here but will be similar in price to OEM. It has been discussed a few times but no one has commited, but I would like to do it.

As for another group buy, one may come along in time.

One imagines that the numbers involved might belie a seemingly modest appetite...Im not sure that's the way to look at it though...? The uptake of the last GB was comprehensive afterall?
The 4200 ( and so by default, GS) brakes are at times underwhelming ( being polite). I have been alarmed at a sheer lack of retardation on occasion. I actually cant believe the car is as quick as it is and so under braked..but what do I know !>?!>
The FD option is expensive..
A big brake alternative at a sensible price would be killer in my book ! :boss:

If you want them, I can make it so. The Brembo kit seems to be about £4k, assume around half that. Is that sensible?
