I’ve spoken to Matt & all being well I’ll be transporting the car down mid-August.
I was thinking of going down to Cowbridge to check them out but after reading about the road condition & looking at my lovely Alloys with hardly any rubber profile I think I’ll give it a miss.

Hi as i found this on google search for Cowbridge specialists i thought i best post my experiences with these clowns.

In may 2021 they diagnosed my car with bad master cylinder and variator rattle on cold start. I agreed for the work to be done in June/July (approx a week for the job) and paid them for the parts upfront as they said they were not able to return them. Almost £2500 was paid for parts and a courtesy car provided (it had no mot as it had run out 3 months previous i later found out).

In September after many many calls and them giving me all excuses i collected the car. No work had been carried out and the side of the car onto the front and rear is scratched. They sent me to bristol BMW for a quote on the paintwork and then refused to pay for damages. Also they managed to return the parts and said they would refund. Which they didnt. A small claims court action later and they now owe me approximate £6500 and have a CCJ and bailiffs going to visit them. No idea if i will get the money back so please avoid at all costs. The owner Claire is a compulsive liar and they cannot be trusted. Read their customer reviews for the BMW side of things Dragon Auto Works.

The car is now being fixed by McGrath
