Fit like Kev?

Welcome. Not an expert on QP's but plenty on here are so you've come to the right place for help.

Good luck.

Nae bad Dave - another Scot in the contingent ?

Is there any way to tell where posters are from ? Other sites I am on have the location as part of the profile visible on each post ?

Yes - I can’t bear to part with it and will be used for Tesco trips etc keeping the Maser for longer journeys . The starlet is pretty much stock and is a good one - having owned 4 others in the dim and distant past .

Indeed Kev.

From Buckie originally but also a Dons fan now living on the South Coast in Southsea. Sister lives in Westhill though.
I think the location only shows if people put it in their profile but could be wrong.

Good luck.

Thanks - yeah a keeper I think . These cars along with most *** imports of that era seem to only be going up in value too which makes it easier

I was born in Banff so not far away from Buckie . Still go to a lot of games and have a season ticket . One of the main reasons for the Maserati would be for the 200 mile return trips from Fife to Aberdeen.

The sheep will hear you coming in a Maserati.

If you need any help when you get a car then ping me a PM as I'm in Perthshire so not too far away. I've got a Granturismo 4.7 auto and have owned or driven most Masers.

Decision made for me - the car has sold . Wonder if anyone on here has bought it ?
I am now thinking a slightly later model with auto rather than DS would suit me better . Any leads for decent ones appreciated .

I had a starlet turbo many many moons ago - it was about 200bhp and weighed under 900kg. Good fun!

They are certainly fun and relatively cheap / easy to modify . I also had a similar 200bhp one some years ago . Also had a later Glanza one and a Paseo with the 4efte conversion . That one was probably my favourite .
