Newbie QP owner from Kent

Hi all,

Took the plunge back in June as the proud owner of a black 2010 QP S.
Loving the car and the response from other road users vs. that for certain German manufacturers (although hating the horrible Bose multimedia unit!!! - does anyone know if its possible to upgrade / replace or make it anywhere near user friendly?)
Pleased to join the forum to hopefully add the discussions.

Welcome to the forum, Steve. I swapped my 4200 for a QP late last year and it really is a great car to own. I bought it specifically for long tours through Europe and we recently returned from our second jaunt over to France in it this year. The car ate up the miles effortlessly and fully justified my decision to chop in the 42.

Hi Steve, welcome, good to have one more QP S on the SM fleet. Put up a pic or two when you can...

What do you dislike about the Bose unit? I must say I seldom listen to it in the Mas, although I do like my music - haven't found the Bose to be a problem though? I think the Maserati - Bose tie up was short lived so you won't find too many experts. Dick Lovett in Swindon claimed they had a techie who knew all about them (but I never put them to the test, have been with independents for my few needs since I bought mine).
