Looks great guys, a lot of hard work is paying off.
When is the Official Opening Ceremony with some Z-list celeb like Alan Partridge.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday and can confirm the floor is very nice indeed, as are the brand new lifts that my GS is now sitting on:)
Great to meet you both. Thanks for the warm welcome and the coffee!

And Subaru. Site looks gr8 - my car ready or not we'll pop in next week (a short break in the area is booked but no rush for us to collect car) - if nothing else looks like there's an interesting garden centre near by!

Regarding other Italian marks such as Alfa and Fiat, we have a second garage called SportsPrestige which is at the old unit and Ryan runs. SI’s issue isn’t we have so much work on, we just can’t take them all on.

The main issue we are trying to resolve is turn around times. We have taken on too much as we don’t like to say no.

Ash and I are both knackered what with the move and terribly slow parts supply from Modena don’t help.

We are also going to stop the ‘day trip’ clients as inevitably cars cannot be fixed while you wait as it always ends up too much work and not enough time which suits neither us nor clients.

Booking times are currently 4 weeks as we attempt to clear the back log.

We will be having an opening event, probably in Spring 2021 plus an annual summer event where any clients plus a partner get free access, food, drinks inc plus a band and fireworks, sort of a car show by day and a party at night. There will also be camping on site for those who wish to take advantage of the beverages or a coach to a local hotel for those who are beyond camping.

Any forum members who are non clients can attend at £25 per head with proceeds going to Ryan’s Run charity.

Matt as nice as it is to see people especially forum members it halts work and just puts you behind and that means working longer days.
One thing I learned years ago don't work Saturday mornings as people with nothing to do think let's pop down and see what's happening at the garage which is nice but you can't get work done.
What you need to do is have an open day once a year for a bit of a jolly :)
Good Luck.
