Craig - if you build a kit for the GranSport I will buy one for certain. Have wanted to supercharge my GS for a long time!

TBF MAF, the engines are basically the same so the kit should transpose with some plumbing amendments no doubt.

I'm hoping it will be a simple tweak to fit the GS. Only major difference might be the amount of room in the engine bay for the hardware.

The mount should be similar but that would take me getting a hold of another GS as I sold mine for the MC. However, I think I should have a red one in the shop soon. I will take the measurements off of it, take multiple photos as well.

The mount location will be to the left of the crank pulley so unless they put it in the air removing the splash shields they shouldn't see it easily. They would have to remove all of the engine plastics to look down and spot it from the top. I'm attempting to make the air intake going down to it inconspicuous as possible. I'm not sure how tough MOT is. With insurance, I don't think it's a good idea in any country to tell them. "I took this stock Exotic and increased it's horsepower by about 200." At least I never would. How is that important to appraisals, you never get your money through insurance on those type of mods here in the U.S. anyway? Additionally, I don't know about you guys but in the U.S. they wouldn't recognize a GT from a GTS from a GT MC Stradale other than by VIN number. There a so little understood exotic.

Hasn’t been any Masser Supercharger news for a while so I thought I’d bump this... keep the pipe dream alive...
anyway, Novitec and those ***** that blow Astons with a Rotrex that costs 2 grand and want 20 grand plus for the privilege, can do one.
Meanwhile I found this lot and like the way they look, certainly talk a good game and costs are much better:

I know of TTS well (albeit nothing to do with superchargers) they used to set up/port polish etc our sidecar engines. Going back 10years or so but then they were top dogs in the game.

Looks like the OP hasn't been seen around here since last year, but I'd definitely be interested. I'm US-based with a GTS if that helps.

People get excited, then find a new toy, and move on.
Not many of these grand projects ever progress further than the initial idea unfortunately.

Well if it helps SportsItalia would be up for UK install and support. As far as development goes that would have to lay with another person or entity.

An interesting development is Audi's electric supercharger,( IIRC is made by Borg Warner) that is self contained, and could be placed in the air box area of the car. Draws 7kw @ 48v (9.33 hp) and could be used intermittently as needed for power. Anyone have any experience with these?

I supercharged my r8 at a cost of around £20k inc vat with Meth, enlarged fuel injectors, exhaust system, interchangeable BHP settings etc.
A lot harder due to it being rear engined and not much space.
I enquired with storm developments (who did the r8) when I had my maser, they said it should be relatively easy due to being front engined.
