Noooo, can't put Borranis on a D-Type, the wheels it has are a similar style to the correct Dunlop alloys. The engine is the main concern, but at least it's the right configuration.

If I had a set of spanners and the ability to use them, I would be tempted for a bit of a fun.

Spares for 2.5 lt Triumph engines are easy to come by, I think Rimmer Brothers can supply everything to rebuild one from scratch.... Not the most powerful but can be sooped up.

Yeah that would make sense, was wondering why they would put a Triumph lump in it.... An XJ6 motor would be the business

Rang him earlier Nick ,its sold subject to finalization , deposit taken but the guy is prolonging the deal so he might get back to me , wifey died unfortunately and yes he has all the bits
