Apparently everything in my car (that isn't walnut, **** pile pornstar carpet or billet aluminium) is leather. 17 cows worth!

I‘ve recently emailed Maserati about this peeling issue (vinyl door pockets) so when I get a call from Milan (usually quite prompt) I’ll update this post with they’re advice
Thanks, Jebroni. My vinyl has peeled at the rear passenger window and bubbled in several places.

Adding - I've had the variators done, 3 of the 4 ABS sensors, etc.
Hi if I am reading this correctly you have had three ABS sensors replaced.
Having three fail sounds unusual, over what period of time did they fail ?

From memory over a three year period and 4k miles. Front passenger first, rear passenger and then driver's front. So just waiting for the last one to go. First, two were replaced at Maranell0 (ouch) and the third by Dale (much better). The car is 2008 with 25k miles on it. I only use it during summer.

Dale fixed the variators too - but that's another story.

wow, that sounds like a lot of bad luck in the ABS sensors, I managed 25,000 miles on my GTS over a four year period and had one fail.
My Strad has already had one done (previous owner) at 11,000 miles, its a bit of a lottery for sure.
