It looks like it but it could also be a Singer Chamois. IIRC, the ‘performance’ version, the Stiletto, had twin headlamps.

In the context of a Beetle, Dolomite and Simca/Pug/Renault (?) looks like it has landed from space. Even the Jag is shifting backwards and forwards on its feet feeling a bit underdressed.
