Definitely Marine Parade and I'm sure the shelters are still there.
Speed humps everywhere along there now although I got busted in my 360 Modena back in 2013 getting a serious telling off for demonstrating how quick it was off the mark.

My Renault 14 in 87 was that colour, quicker than the Lamborghini too
