And this, the last TVR. The one and only Vulcan, the only car built when TVR was owned by that teenage son of a Russian billionaire. Again, not my thing, but I know there are fans on here.

How did you find Lloyds Ewan? Not been for a while but they have patched up my RR a few times. A nice pair to deal with.

They were a good find. Just perfect for the particular car I took, plus your RR. Nice guys, knowledgable, friendly - just what’s needed. Now firmly on my “go to” list.

UFO? No. Top secret lightning under development and on test flights that no one admitted were happening. A vertical climb appeared on 50's RADAR as hovering. Levelling off after the climb, the aircraft's dot was moving quickly - because the aircraft was moving quickly. Then it accelerated to a top speed probably higher than any aircraft in service with the RAF today. The 50's operatoor would regard it as a completely impossible speed.

Amazing stuff! Yep it was a fantastic 31 years and so so interesting. I got involved in pretty much all the systems and equipment on all of these aircraft in my time. Alas the opportunity came to leave with a VR deal so grabbed it with both hands while I could. But TBH I do miss it.....( not the corporate BS though!)
