my wife went crazy for denby a few years ago and have a load of it in that very same colour, surprised the sets have survived this long as she tends to break things like no tomorrow

We had Denby for our wedding present. Still going strong, although looking a little used now. It's remarkably expensive to replace as our pattern (Boston) is no longe made.

Our 'best' is my parents Noritake dinner service that was bought in Singapore which was 50 years ago.

Been out of production since 1964 apparently. Not so much that I like it, but it has been a touch point in my life since before I can remember.

We have a 12 setting peice best dinner service as wedding presents, and also half of my parents Noritake service (bought in HK 50 years ago!)

Neither of which gets uses as you can't fit enough food on the plates and they won't go in the dish washer!

Don't get me started on the coffee cups and tea cups. Completely useless as they are just not big enough for a decent slurp"

Also 2 best tea pots just in case we broke one (as if!)

Oh yeah, use Denby 100% of the time!
