Yep, go past the place pretty often. They were going to get fish and chips and a lorry pulled a u turn. Clay was killed in a road accident too about 15 years ago.

Totally agree Chepstow and the Wye Valley is beautiful.
Used to love doing the Wyedean Rally not only for Great stages but also the road sections and seeing the beauty around there.
