Same here, must be a mid to late 80’s car, the gear knob and the passenger side logo don’t ring a bell - yet. Possible clues: LHD, the position of the ignition, the light switch. We will get it eventually.

Hmmmm....I have a slight hesitation in attributing this to Banksy.
I sent this to Sotheby's Fine Art Dept. for their opinion.
They're usually very responsive. However, I haven't heard back
from them as yet.
With the caveat that I'm not an expert. I suspect that this is a
Wanksy. This is an emerging, Northern artist, who is more
political than Banksy. According to his/her press officer.
This is a commentary on Universal Credit, called,
'No pot to p!ss in.'
