Hey chaps,
A while ago I promised I'd post some photos of Italian Maserati meets so here is me fulfilling my trident-related obligations ;)

Last weekend the Biturbo Club Italia supported by RepartoCorse2, the Italian Maserati forum, arranged a two day event at the beach side resort of Viareggio, a renowned Tuscan village.

The meet was really an excuse to indulge in some monstruous fish and seafood meals (us Italians love our food, as you know). Unfortunately I couldn't be there, partly because I am still Maserati-less and don't feel like showing up to a meet in my wife's diesel B Class Merc.

Oh well, here are the photos. Hope you like them.

I have mate. Car looked ok, good price but too much of a hassle to import it, register it as a historic car etc. The hunt continues though :)

Nice! Beats the run to hunstanton for a jar of whelks and a mr whippy.

The way Italians pronounce things adds class as well, for example other cars may be higher on my wish list than a Maserati Bi-Turbo, but when my (Italian) friend Marco says it "MaserrrrATi Bee-tirbo" it sound just like the exotic beast it really is.

That is a shame, sound much more involved than driving it to the UK & poping round to your local DVLA for relevant paper work!

It floats my boat but I have two Massers already and it would take a while to sell them in order to buy the Shamal.
