Don’t think they will, they’ll hold their money now. A good one is £35k for a 12/62, to £50k for a 16/16.

Seriously... with strad alloys, good tyres, brakes, newish clutch, recent service, and 19mth warranty, its a no brainer. And if dicky would be happy to have, it if you don't, it must be a decent car.

Worst way it'll cost you 3k down the road if all the front bushes and the cam/timing covers need replacing.

Get it bought before someone else does!

Ps, why don't I ever get offered these bargains

I think with the new model about to come out they are bound to start moving even more . £32k for that car is a absolute bargain ! So it's looking good if you are in the market for a facelift GTS this year. I know of two private sales at the £30k mark, and that was last year . Anyway grab that car with both hands and run .

Wow, just shows you what's about if at the right place, right time.

I've been looking at at similar cars at circa £40k! Although, I would most likely px mine, which limits my options some what.

These were private sales and 2012 cars obviously . But they were facelifts, under 40k Miles with good history and condition. They are out there .

I with Spartacus...The way prices are falling and can see no reason why they will stop. Pay 50k now at your peril I think....But then what do I know.....Never thought we would see a face lift car at 35k at the end of 2019 but we do......

I’d agree, looking at the market, a 63/14 plate with similar miles would be late £30’s so this one does seem a great deal

I know that car depreciation is about as certain as death and taxes (and I have endured a great deal of it over the past 38 years - £266k, thanks for asking) but I sense we have been on an accelerated depreciation cycle in the past 12 months driven largely by a climate of uncertainty. Given the recent election result I suspect we may have hit a low already. I appreciate this is just my opinion but I recall during the last big decline around 2008 i bought two big V8s, an Audi RS6 for £12k and a Toyota Landcruiser Amazon for £6k, both one owner mint cars with history. I ran both to 120k miles over the following 3 years and sold the RS for £13k and the Landcruiser for £9k. I may be wrong but watch this space.....

Looks like a great buy for sure. Not sure it will be depreciation free though as there is plenty of room south to fall yet. The deprecation will be shallower now though and that won't be your biggest cost.....hopefully fuel will!

However you only live once and it is good to let the heart rule the head sometimes.

Do colour and spec play much part in the value of the GTS?

Personally I think they do or at least have a big impact on time to sell. Lack of Comfort Pack and non black dash tops are deal breakers for me.

Personally I would go for a final facelift over a late Sport as the price gap seems to be narrowing. Also there seem to be a few pre-Reg cars that are dropping in price - sub 70?

Anyone would with the money but we are talking £20k+ differential.
