Pre Purchase Inspection

I have put an offer in on a Quattroporte in Southend Essex. The offer is subject to someone inspecting the vehicle and not finding any major issues with it. I contacted Roberto at Grimaldi but he only does inspections at his premises and he does not travel to do them. Does anyone know someone who will visit the sellers showroom to inspect. Alternatively does anyone have any suggestions.

Difficult to do a thorough inspection without a lift and getting right into the car, so probably needs at least a local garage wiling to provide that.

The seller was willing to let inspection be done at the place where he has his MOT's done next door, that would have been OK.

That will be what I suggest I guess, the only worry the seller might have is over insurance when being trailered by a third party. I suppose that if he wants to sell it he will have to accept the trailer companies insurance.
