I've been on the look out for a QP for a few months now and only seen 1 that I was interested but the dealer sold it relatively quickly!

What are thoughts on the car below and is the car known on the forum?

This is the car as the one listed on autotrader at 19k - it had been inspected previously by a member on here. The report is eye opening, search the old licence plate on here and it will shed some light.

does look nice in that colour combination but when the vendor bought it 18 months ago it was probably worth £20k, allowing for dealer margin, warranty etc Suspect it has depreciated. Like all of these cars, the key is whether or not it needs up to £10k spending on it (variators, suspension, rusting sub frame etc). If you are interested then a ppi by one of the various Maserati technicians is essential.

Go in to this one with your eyes wide open.....Much was wrong with it when it was inspected last time.....

Someone should look at the white one......just to let us know why it hasn’t sold.....

I do like that one with the yellow stitching......Just think it's priced to high. When others were pricing at 25k they were still asking 34k. Not saying they aren't worth it mind. I do think they have risen a few K this last 6 months or so as its rare to see more than 2 or so for sale.

I saw it 2 years ago when it was for sale with another company and it was lovely. It was easily the best condition one I had seen. I think it hasn’t sold because solid white isn’t that popular and it is overpriced. It always has been, whoever has been selling it.

Someone needs to buy it, sort it and get a cheapo new numberplate. It’s not big bucks and it will always be collectible as they made so few in the first place. I took a punt on mine and it’s ace. There are always big bills round the corner, but there are usually other lifestyle choices which can fund these. I’d rather have a weird spec GTS than Sky and a jacuzzi any day.
