Yes from what I remember the Ghibli came in at QP V sort of size with the QP VI predominantly for the Chinese market.. they like long cars for some reason!

Each to their own obviously but if you’re in the market for a big sports saloon ie you need to get two six foot plus people in the back, then it’s about as cool as it gets. F154 V8 in the front. And, of course, no one ever says “oh look a bmw 7 series, S Class Merc, Audi A8 etc.” And if they do then they need slap

Last time we got a cross channel ferry from Portsmouth, the ticket person jumped out the booth with one of those wheely measuring unicycle things and declared our QPV to be under 5m long. In reality it’s probably just over.

After boarding, looking down from the top of the ferry, I remember admiring a bronze QP6 waiting to board - the only car in a long line of lorries and motorhomes.

The QP6 surely will never be seen as beautiful as the QP5…. I mean what is. Yes the QP6 would leave the QP5 standing speed wise but it just isn’t as good looking by any stretch of the imagination but I am sure it is a more modern drive than a 5 for those who want that.
