As long as a) you don't have Stevie's cox-less canoe in your pocket, and b) you give us fair warning first so we can get a trained mod to take them down*, then go for it, Dave.

*take down the photos, that is.
I think I'm going to have to bring my crew t-shirt to lemons. It has my nickname "I have the log!" on it.

I overtook a cyclist on the way to Stratford going down Hollybush Hill through Snaresbrook/Wanstead. Not too much of an issue normally but when the lanes have been narrowed to allow dedicated cycle lanes to be allocated on both sides of the road it helps if the cyclist is actually in the lane and not still on the road.

I counted 3 cyclists that morning in the road and not the cycle lane. I thought maybe the cycle lane was full of drains grates or holes so they were avoiding it. There weren't at all so had no idea why they weren't in it. Was causing constant flow of traffic issues for vehicles who don't overtake when they can or quickly/concisely.

Good to see cycle lanes being put to good use!

When after a hard day at the office you drop by your barn conversion to check out process and fid the shoddy workmanship like this... Professional tiler...my a r s e.

My dog could tile better!

Rip it off and start again...these are 800mm tiles too.

Oh my goodness Peter; that has 'got away from them'... Sack them and do it yourself. There are only two rooms in this house I didn't plaster myself; Jeanette got someone in as there was a Christening deadline looming and she thought I might not get it done in time. I nearly cry every time I walk into either room as it is so awful, it is like wattle and dawb in an old roundhouse! There is not a straight it in the room except the angle beads and I put them up!

That is shocking, I paid for a Tyler to do our 1st kitchen, never paid for a Tyler again, did it myself, it takes longer to set up and work out a start position than it does to do the filing. I find it quite theraputic. Not enough money in it tho.

Thankfully its only eight tiles fixed to the boarding over the toilet system and the contract manager will have it stripped out and re done tomorrow.

But it should not be the client finding these bodges it should be the site manager!!!

When it comes to inspecting tiling, just think 'would Ron Dennis accept this?'
For a moment there Martin I had an image of Ron Jeremy in my head and thought 'Why would he have any opinion on tilling?' Then the synapses re-routed and I saw the McLaren offices and it all made sense....
