Tachograph Fraud

Caught bang to rights driving 44t of potential death for nobody knows how many hours a day and he gets a £580 fine , some people get more than that for doing 48 in a 40

What a load of ******** , we're not in the EU any more , ban them from driving in the UK if they're doing this

I had a £600 fine in 94 for speeding on the M5 in a BMW 528i and my license taken off me for two weeks.
That would be over a £1,000 in today's money.

I imagine that there are some british drivers who also cheat the system. And yes, all drivers who cheat their tacho should be banned.

No doubt there are and they'll have their O licence removed if caught but if all they can do to non UK trucks is fine them something needs to change , he said they'd caught 1400 with false records that year which is probably a drop in the ocean given how many trucks are on the road

At the very least, if we can’t take licences off overseas drivers for such infringements, the fines have to be much higher and include a financial penalty for the operator as well.
To make sure they get paid, impound the vehicle.

Just watched a clip where they put a 13 year old undercover and sent him to buy Beer, cigarettes, p0rn & a scratchcard , all refused

They he goes to a gun show and legally walks out with a .22 bolt action rifle under his arm

That really is crazy

Like when your in a supermarket and see one person at the till only to realise that their shopping for somebody else as well and pay separately. Does my head in.
