I wouldn't worry too much about the noise. I've had three in the last three years to try and stop the squealing but it always seems to come back. I find that if you let it tick over for 5 minutes it goes away and is ok for the rest of the day.

Well that part number is certainly the belt that drives the alternator.

JP, I match up the auxilliary belt from mine tho this (grabbed from alternative parts thread #413):

In the meantime I have got a match on the Auxiliary Belt: Gates P/N: 6PK1540 from MOTEX http://www.motexgroup.com/ £11.93 + VAT £14.32 Total
