Mine had 17k on it .. They aren't that bad to run to be honest ... Service will cost from 250 to 600 depending on which one ...

Depends where you go Adam...But the most expensive places are 600ish ...A specialist would charge more like 500 I would imagine .. Don't forget the 190 bhp K series was build to go racing so is very highly strung and needs care.

What you do is stick a Honda V-TEC in it, 220bhp, or superchanrged for 300. Then thee really is not much that can touch them on road or track :)

That £17k high-miler was ripe for that, bet it's on the cards when the K goes *pop*

Spot on Lewis......A low miles Exige needs to stay that way as it will be going up in money ...but a high miles car is ripe for a Honda or Audi converstion......As you say it will be almost untouchable on road and track...

They are bloody fast Adam ...They do lose some of their character mind as the Honda unit is...well...From the land of the rising sun.....but fast yes......and it costs about 12kish to get done...

12k for the conversion, gee wizz, wouldn't spend that, you wouldn't get any money back if you sold it either.

Very few Exige come up for sale these days which has really pushed prices up ... Good ones with low miles are fectching up near 30k and even higher miles cars are around 24k .... Sold mine for 19k which gutted about. Should have kept her for longer.....

Enxo, lots of Lotus owners fit the small plate, but that is just a bit over the top ..... Had one on my Sporty 160 buut not that small ....... Have my K33 small one in the garage and thought about putting it on the GTV.

That's intersting, Plans Motosport bought the ex-Dynojet Ginetta G50's though they only seemed to field on of them at Brands last weekend.

Plans were a respected Lotus specialist back when I had Lotus ..... They serviced the Frog for the chap who had it before me...
