Sat Nav not loading 2015 Ghibli

Sat nav not loading ,just says loading etc content booting up etc, anyone else had this ,and did they self rectify it .

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the 12v battery. Leave it disconnected for about a minute, and be sure to follow the instructions in the handbook regarding resetting everything. FINALLY DONT OPEN OR CLOSE ANY DOORS WHILST DISCONNECTED, as without power the window drop feature will not operate.
