Cool Car but I can think of others I would be spending a 100 to 200 thousand pounds on.
When I scratched the Ferrari itch the 456 and 360 together were only 65 big ones.

Well it’s all to do with rarity - only a handful were ever made in RHD out of 369, around 10 per cent. The LHD cars are around €70k-€90k at the moment

Has a Shamal ever sold for £100k in the UK? I’ve seen a couple advertised at that, but the highest price I’ve seen achieved is more like £90k. (Which is still plenty!)

This must be getting closer to a sale date as the details have been added recently I notice..
425bhp stage 1 factory tune apparently...Ditch Finder General ! :D
A few miles. Zero history. “ Some rust is evident underneath”...end transmission.....:p
Shame, it looks like it has sat, unloved and forgotten for a while..
I guess you probably couldn’t lose if you found it a bit too much of a project and were forced to move it on..? .
..if only.

This project coming up for auction.

Sad to see a Shamal in such poor condition but hopefully someone restores it back to the shape it deserves.
Surprisingly it has what looks like Ghibli GT seats, different from most Shamals I have seen, including mine. The armrest is also different.
They usually look loke this. Sorry for the poor indoor photos

I was offered this Swedish one for €37k and it was top notch. I've just realised though it was in 2012, where does the time go?

They’re about €70-95 now. Ho hum.

I know the chap who owns the red, first RHD press car that was in all the mags, and I was fortunate enough to drive for Modern Classics. Would you like to be introduced?
Merely so I can sit outside the garage and stare at it.

I was a much fatter man when I first drove a Shamal. I looked into the interior and was mildly concerned I wouldn’t fit. Sat on the seat and it was like being sucked backwards into a bear hug by Bibendum

When I win the lottery a Shamal will have to be in my dream garage as it was the car that made me fall in love with Maserati.

Yes, I do remember a panicked call to @dickygrace trying to find the bonnet the release on a Ghibli II on a photoshoot
